Weather conditions were so bad that this game could have been played out of doors! The first period was not the most exciting ever seen at Crossmyloof but there was plenty of action for the net minders. Dynamos piled on the pressure in the second stanza and went two up, and survived a series of penalties in the final twenty to gain a desreved victory - though the Durham lads might well dispute this

Best for the homesters were Shields, Reade and young McLennan , while Durhams stars were their two Swedes, Olsson and Holmberg, and Gordon Manuel.
