Whitley Warriors 7 Dynamos 4

This game was only one minute old when Miller fired home, and already Warriors accurate passing was causing the Glasgow
side trouble. Marsden and Jobson combined well for the former to put the home side further ahead. Next it was Chalenor who slotted
the disc past Nelson . Whitley were pressing constantly and before the end of the period Jobson fired home a fine low
shot.
Glasgow started the middle period in more dtermined fashion and their open play was rewarded when Stevenson
sent in a tremendous shot to beat Hunt. Stevenson and the D Lavety had further goals to give Dynamos a great chance to take
charge of the game, and they almost equalised when a shot from W Lavety bounced back off the metalwork.
In the final frame, with Glasgow penned into their own end once more, T Matthews netted , and Marsden slotted the
puck through the arms of netminder Nelson. Stevenson rounded K Matthews, who was having a great game on defence, to go forward
and complete a fine hat-trick. Marsden passed to T Matthews who collected the puck and completed the night's scoring.
