Warriors and Dynamos served up sixty minutes of scintillating hockey in this vital fight for a play-off place. Honours were even in the first.period, R. Stevenson putting Glasgow ahead, and J. Pearson equalising.

The second stanza saw Dynamos take command. They opened with a brace of  goals from Hester, and late in the period B. Stevenson,and R. Stevenson  added to their total.

In a third period that had the crowd in a ferment of excitement, R. Stevenson completed his hat-trick,followed by goals from B. Stevenson and K. Matthews. , In a late Warriors' rally

T. Matthews got his only tally of the night, and with two minutes left Emmonds broke through for a glorious
goal to make the final score 7-5.
